Each year our top Associates from each resort within Grand Pacific Resorts are honored during a beautiful celebration held at the Carlsbad Sheraton Resort & Spa. Lyndsey was thrilled to walk down the red carpet while the Executive Team, Resort Managers, and Guests from related departments cheered her on. Beforehand, she attended a private reception where she had the opportunity to chat with Executive Management. After a wonderful dinner, David Brown, Co-President, and Nigel Lobo, Chief Operating Officer, accompanied by a slideshow, presented the awards.

Lyndsey is a consistent dedicated team member; everyone she comes in contact with is treated with the highest level of professionalism, kindness and enthusiasm. She is a tremendous asset as Front Office Supervisor. When we were short staffed she had no problem helping in every area to ensure the guest experience wasn’t compromised at any time. In fact, despite staff shortages, major renovations and operational challenges, our guest satisfaction scores in hospitality continued to climb to the top! All of us at Wave Crest look forward to what the future holds for Lyndsey.
