As we head into the winter season, we will take advantage of the slower months and enhance the Resort’s common areas, starting with a full remodel of the lobby restrooms and replacement of the fitness center carpet. Once that has been completed, we will remodel the hallways and Owner’s Lounge. The hallway remodel will include new carpet, paint, wallcoverings, lighting and furnishings. Dimmer switches will also be added in the units above the beds and dining room tables, and all unit mattresses will be replaced.

Additional work that has been completed includes replacement of all cooling tower components to ensure proper functionality of the HVAC units. Fire sprinkler certifications were also completed. Safety is the Resort’s highest priority. We also have a cable television upgrade scheduled.
