The vertical blinds were also replaced with horizontal custom-fit blinds in every window. Drapes and a cornice top now adorn the sliding glass doors. The new carpet installed in late 2015 complements the overall look of all these improvements.

New heat-resistant placemats, kitchen towels, and fitted sheets were purchased this year as a result of Owner feedback. The placemats help protect our kitchen tables from future heat damage. The yellow kitchen towels are a welcoming change from our previously rented white kitchen towels. As Owners, we hope you enjoy these upgrades.

The Board of Directors also approved partial replacement of the garage doors this year. Buildings four and five will be replaced in the first phase of this project with a scheduled completion date of July 2016.

Buildings one and two will complete the second phase and is scheduled for board approval in 2017.

These upgrades make a big impact in enhancing our wonderful resort for all Owners to enjoy during their
vacation week.
