July 9, 2015 • The Board approved the minutes of the April 26, 2015 Board of Directors’ Meeting. • Marsi Gigler, Manager of Insurance and Risk Management, explained the insurance policies currently in place for the Grand Pacific MarBrisa Owners’ Association. • The Board received updates relating to resort operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Landscaping, Safety, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Inventory and Default Analysis, Reserves, Fiscal performance and Delinquency. • The Board ratified the reserve expenditures approved via email dated July 7, 2015 in the amount of $82,356 for Golf Carts, A/C Repair/Replacement, Arc Flash and Coordination Study, Accessories, Luggage Carts, BBQ Grills, Ice Maker and Shelving for the new Villa storage rooms. October 15, 2015 Board of Directors’ Meeting • The Board approved the minutes of the July 9, 2015 Board of Directors’ Meeting. • The Board received updates relating to resort operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Landscaping, Safety, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Inventory and Default Analysis, Reserves, Fiscal performance and Delinquency. • The Board approved the 2016 Operating Budget as presented, with a 0% increase to the operating contribution, and a 42.6% increase to the reserve contribution, totaling an increase of 5.7%. • The Board approved reserve expenditures not to exceed $222,429 for replacement of carpet and paint in Villas 56, 54 and 50, as well as funds for the reclaimed water project.
