The Front Desk is always more than happy to notate any room requests on your reservation including floor preference, ADA needs, or unit location. You can call to make these requests at any time once the reservation has been made.

Our associates will make every effort to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability although unfortunately we cannot guarantee placement until check-in.

Unit location availability is contingent upon many different variables such as unit type, length of stay, the unit types available within the requested villa, etc.
