Villa 50 got a facelift this summer! The railings and foam accents of the building were updated with new stain and paint providing just the spark it needs to blend in with the ever newer construction. The “Fun Zone” also received a new update as well. New wallpaper and carpet enhanced the atmosphere giving the room that arcade feel kids just love. Attached to the Fun Zone we’ve installed a new ice machine. If you want a few cubes for a drink or an ice chest full for the beach, we’ve got you covered!

With the drought situation in California reaching drastic conditions, we are proud to announce that we have switched all of Phase 1 irrigation over to reclaimed water. This provides much needed relief to our local environment while still keeping the property green and lush.

To assist with moving luggage from one spot to another we’ve added 10 new luggage carts. In addition to adding the new carts we are constantly servicing the older ones with new tires and bearing assemblies to provide a nice smooth ride.
