Sunny Days Ahead

Summer is almost over. At the resort, however, we’re looking forward to the bright sun and warm ocean breezes lasting well into the fall. If you haven’t gotten your fill of lazy beach days, it’s not too late!

As the summer season winds down and families prepare for the new school year, our team continues to improve the look and feel of the resort:

Three villas boast new carpet, paint, and millwork. Three more villas will be renovated after Labor Day.
We are repainting the railing and trellises around Paradise Point to keep those villas looking like new.
Our younger guests adore the new playground! We’ve also added a bench so Mom and Dad can relax while their kids frolic.

Construction Update

We are thrilled that our first four-story building, Villa 60, is now complete. The construction time was shorter than the other villas due to the use of a steel structure.
