90-Day Unit Request Calendar for 2017
In fairness to everyone, there is only one call-in date regardless of Saturday or Sunday arrival. Request calls will be accepted no earlier than the date noted for the week you have reserved. As a reminder, if you plan to bank your week with an exchange company, there is no need to request a unit. All requests will be honored on a first-received, first-assigned basis. Please keep in mind that demand for certain units/floors may limit availability. We cannot guarantee a particular unit/floor; however, every effort will be made to honor your request. If you have any questions, please contact Grand Pacific Palisades Homeowner Reservations at: 800-568-3515. Note: The hours of the Owner Reservations Department have changed in order to better serve you! We have increased staffing during peak hours. The new hours of operation are: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm, Saturday: 9am – 3pm Reminder, Owner Reservations opens at 8am and no requests will be taken prior to that time.
