Your Reserves Funds at Work

One of the most important responsibilities we have at Grand Pacific Palisades is to make sure your property is consistently being maintained. Each year we use our Reserve Funds for large and ongoing improvements to protect the life of your property as well as make sure it is running smoothly.

Below is a list of the many projects we have accomplished this past year:

  • Completed the final phase of the Villa Unit Remodel, which included new carpet, paint, dining room table and chairs, coffee tables, dressers, side tables, headboards, bedding, accessories, TVs and patio furniture

  • Replaced trellises in both Villas

  • Replaced 100% of the HVAC units in all units
