Celebrate New Year’s Eve on the M.S. Dixie II
– Imagine ringing in the New Year surrounded by the awe-inspiring scenery of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Lake Tahoe’s pristine blue waters. The wonderfully fresh air and brilliant stars in the night sky will revitalize you. The New Year’s Eve Cruise includes an outstanding dinner, great live music, dancing and special celebrations. MS Dixie will begin celebrating the New Year at 9:30pm and returning at 12:30am from Zephyr Cove Resort.

Glowstick Parade and Carnival at Tahoe Donner
– A kids’ version of the Torchlight Parade with glowsticks for children 10 or younger who can ski or ride unassisted in the dark on our Snowbird run. Participants should plan to come early to secure a spot in the parade, and get glowsticks by playing our free carnival games. Music and snacks will be provided in the bar area prior to the parade. Sign-ups and the carnival start at 4:30pm.

March 4-13, 2016
Snowfest
– Come and join the winter white fun for this year’s SnowFest! Every spring since 1982, North Lake Tahoe comes alive with 10 fun-filled days and nights, jam packed with events and activities for all ages. This year, the annual favorites will be back, along with a host of great new ones! Enjoy on-snow events at resorts like Squaw Valley USA, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Diamond Peak, and Northstar-at-Tahoe; Participate in special events, parades, races, parties, concerts, theater; and of course, there’s plenty of wining and dining to be had at North Lake Tahoe’s fine restaurants and lively establishments.
