• Rebuild and reseal the parking lot area

• Resurface lakeside Jacuzzi

• New kitchen packages, which include high quality utensils and upgraded linen and hot pads

• Chaise loungers reskinned

• Replace the roofs on Unit#11 and Unit#7

The majority of the work will be completed during the resort’s Maintenance Week, May 15th to May 22nd. The Management Team is currently working hard to ensure we have the very best vendors for each job. Our goal is to improve and maintain the resort and its amenities for years to come.
