Families have grown, and several generations of Owners are now calling the Beach Club their vacation home.

With ever expanding families, the occupancy limits for the different room types may no longer be adequate to accommodate our Owners and their families. Occupancy for a studio is two (2) people, a one bedroom occupancy is four (4) people and a two bedroom occupancy is six (6) people. Management worked with the City and fire department to establish the correct limits to ensure safe occupancy in each room.
