Dear Tahoe Beach & Ski Club Owners,

As we prepare for the 2016 New Year, I would like to present a “State of the Resort” address and reflect on our successes in 2015 at Tahoe Beach & Ski Club, and what exciting opportunities lie before us.

2015 Board Elections
With unprecedented support from all of you, Jake Bercu and Al Fong were re-elected to your Board of Directors! We want to thank all of you Owners who took the time and made the effort to exercise your right to vote. Without your support and engagement, we could not have won. It was an historic moment in our elections: Deeded Owners cast over 2,200 votes for each, giving us the win! Collectively, Deeded Owners comprise 78 percent ownership of Tahoe Beach & Ski Club. This election demonstrates that Deeded Owners are passionate about their Resort, care about their beach, and want to be engaged with other like-minded Owners. This win is your win! Thank you.
