James Tennery: General Manager / Area Manager
The newest member of the team is James Tennery. James has been with Grand Pacific Resorts since 1997. After a youth spent working in restaurants and catering, James joined the US Marine Corps. James then joined GPR at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. From there he has developed successful teams in San Diego, Palm Springs, Canada, Napa and Tahoe. In 2012, he was the winner of the American Resort Developers Association’s Resort Manager of the Year. He is also very excited to return to the Tahoe Area, close to family and friends he grew up with. James will be working on site with the TBSC Team to improve the overall experience at Tahoe Beach & Ski Club.

Pattie Pearson: Assistant General Manager
Pattie Pearson has taken the position of Assistant General Manager. Pattie has been with the resort since 2004 beginning as Operations Supervisor and progressing over the years to Director of Operations in January of 2015. She has a proven track record throughout her career as an effective leader with a diverse background of experience, ranging from group sales to housekeeping. Pattie will assist James in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the property.

Marc Russo: Director of Services
Marc Russo, the current Front Office Manager, has been promoted to Director of Services. After high school, Marc attended Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) and then went on to receive a BA from Cal State Monterey Bay. After college, he worked at the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort as a Front Desk Agent and the Activities Manager. Since then he has worked his way up the ranks at multiple locations throughout California and Montana. Marc will focus primarily on the Front Desk and Activities Teams.

Craig Schinzing: Maintenance Manager
Although Craig Schinzing is new to the TBSC Team, he is a true local of South Lake Tahoe. He was employed for over 15 years at Lakeland Village with over 200 condominiums. Beginning as a Maintenance Tech in 1994, he advanced to become the Assistant Maintenance Manager. His technical proficiency and local knowledge will be a great asset to the TBSC Family.
