In the past, potential guests heard about the resort through word-of-mouth, which limited bookings to high-demand seasons.

But we’re expanding your reach… It’s now easier for you to rent your week with help from Grand Pacific Resorts. The owner rental program will get your week in front of many more potential renters, giving you more opportunity to have it rented.

How does it work?

  1. You submit your information at grandpacificresorts.com/rent-week or call (888) 477-6967.
  2. We send an email confirming that your week has been accepted.
  3. We add your week to our rental channels, including ResorTime.
  4. Guests coordinate with us to make their reservation.
  5. We mail you a check for your portion of the rented nights.

If your week is not rented, you have the option to bank it at no charge with GPX, an exchange network just for Grand Pacific Resorts. As an Owner, you’re already a GPX member and can use your banked week to exchange into resorts worldwide within two years for a small fee at time of use.

Important Notes:

  • You must fill out the online form at grandpacificresorts.com/rent-week. If you need assistance, please email or call Grand Pacific Vacation Services at gpvspecialists@gpresorts.com or (888) 477-6967. Visit grandpacificresorts.com/rent-week to view the WCR Owner Rental contract.
  • Participation in the owner rental program is subject to approval. We need to have your Social Security number on file in order to process your request, and you must be in good standing.
  • You can put your week in the owner rental program up to 14 months in advance or as late as 21 days before your reservation.
  • We rent by unit type, not unit number.
  • We cannot guarantee the rental of your full week (rentals are for a minimum of 2 days), and the nightly rental rate will vary by season, unit, and demand.
  • Your check will be for 70% of the rental rate, with the other 30% covering the cost of marketing your week.
  • Please give us up to four weeks to process your check. We will not begin processing your check until your week has passed.
  • You may call us to see how many of your nights have been rented, but we are unable to provide any information about nightly rental rates.
