 I would personally like to thank everyone that took time during this past year to stop by the Front Office to share their feedback about the first two phases of renovations.
Overall, the results have been well received with positive Owner comments. Owners are now looking forward to the next round of changes planned next year.
The Board has done a really great job listening to the ideas and concerns of all Owners and then coming up with solutions that please the majority. The major portion of the Phase 2 renovations was replacement of all flooring in the units, including carpeting and tile throughout. We also painted each entire unit completely white, removing any previous color schemes. Owners are pleased with the decision to remove the planned accent wall and install shiplap, where possible, in the one-and-two-bedroom units.
