CURRENT EMPLOYMENT: Royal Holiday Club

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE: 20+ years in Hospitality Industry, supervising Hotels and Condo Operations in Mexico, The United States, Caribbean, South America. Board Member in a number of condos, including Presidency.

OBJECTIVES: Contribute to: the preservation and increase of the ownership value, improve the stay experience at Wave Crest.

I have accrued a great experience in condo management and presently I am responsible for the interests of Royal Holiday in more than 20 condominiums in the United States either as an asset manager, member or board member. I have followed very closely the development of Wave Crest in the last 7 years via the operation (WCR & RHC) or suggestions (when asked) to the Board. Royal Holiday is very pleased with the treatment its members are subject of and personally I am very satisfied with the way the Board is conducting its duties as well as the administration from the management company.

My day to day workload is being slightly reduced and my employer would like me to participate in the Board of this great Resort, by contributing my grain of sand and the experience accumulated throughout the years. No wonder Royal Holiday is looking for the benefit that its members enjoy their stay, which would also translate in the benefit of Wave Crest Members.

Please accept my candidacy to run for a Member of the Board.

CURRENT EMPLOYMENT: Retired from Legal software publishing

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE: Former School Board Member & volunteer in many youth educational & sports programs.

OBJECTIVES: To keep the harmony & well being that has been restored to our special, unique resort.

I hope you are enjoying the current calm that exists at our special retreat called Wave Crest? To me, it’s a place where I celebrate family & friends & unplug with my wife for time away from daily demands. It’s a place for many of us to build on our legacy that means so much to us at this phase of life, to create memories with children, grandchildren & those dear to us. A couple of years ago there was turmoil & many felt the friction that existed within the Board & related to resort management. I attended and participated in several tense meetings. Things are calm now - lets do what we can to keep it that way, continuing to conservatively & within budget improve our resort. I am committed to representing the best interests of my fellow owners to the best of my abilities.

OBJECTIVES: Work as a board team member to serve the needs of the resort and the owners. Ensure that Wave Crest is always safe, clean and efficient through clear policy direction from the board.

I also have extensive experience serving on a large residential HOA board for 12 years, 5 years as President.
