Media Release Agreement

I hearby grant to Grand Pacific Resorts and ResorTime.com the absolute irrevocable right and permission, in respect to any photographs and/or recordings (audio and/or video) for which I received valuable consideration, to copyright the same, in the name Grand Pacific Resorts Services and or ResorTime.com or otherwise; to use, reuse, publish and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings (audio and/orvideo) and in conjunction with any printed matter, in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever, and to use my name in conjunction therewith if Grand Pacific Resorts and ResorTime.com so chooses. I hearby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any photographs I have provided.

Every Participant must represent that s/he has obtained a Model Release for any persons appearing in photos or videos.
