Coronado Beach Resort Property Update
 The Resort looks better than ever, especially after each floor was taken out of order for a week last month to complete deep cleaning projects, preventive maintenance and general repairs. In addition, the fire sprinklers in the restrooms were replaced and improvements were made to the balcony railings on the 2nd and 3rd floor units. The Lobby also received a face-lift; with new accessories and reupholstered chairs!
As we kick off the New Year, property improvement plans include: replacement of the ice makers, repairs of unit windows, and a remodel of the Housekeeping/Maintenance /Laundry offices to improve function and efficiency.
