Hello Villa L'Auberge Owners!
 Resort Improvements
During the December 2016 maintenance week your resort received some upgrades with more to come very soon! Unit 602 was renovated as a model of the coming renovation.
These upgrades include: new carpet, sofa, recliner chair, dining table and chairs, dressers, lamps, end tables, beds, mattresses, artwork, and more.
 The updated furnishings give the room a more refined style while improving comfort and durability. The model room was completed in order to facilitate and take into account owner feedback on the renovations prior to installation in all units.
I was able to host four open house sessions,
and received detailed feedback on each new item from Owners and Guests staying in the unit and from many individual showings. As a result, we made a few slight adjustments to incorporate into the renovation of the model and remaining 11 units early this year. I’m proud to say that the Owner and Guest feedback was universally positive with rave reviews. I thank all of those Owners who took the time to tour the model room.
On the exterior, the front building received new Trex entry decking improving its aesthetics and safety. During the final renovation, the back building will also receive the updated Trex decking, and both buildings will receive new rain gutters. This improvement, along with the recent Kitchen and TV upgrades, will make Villa L’Auberge shine like a new resort and provide a truly exceptional experience for all of you.
Fall Racing Season 2017!
The 2016 fall racing season at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club was notably busier as this newly added second season draws more interest into Del Mar. The 2017 season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in recent memory when the Breeder's Cup comes to Del Mar November 3 and 4, 2017. This is often referred to as the “super bowl of horse racing” and has already sold out many local hotels in Del Mar!
