Aloha Kauai Beach Villa Owners!
We’re off and running…
 It’s been a smooth transition to Grand Pacific Resort Management as your new management company at Kauai Beach Villas and our resort is already benefiting from their enhanced service standards. Our goal is to provide our Owners with “exceptional vacation experiences worth sharing.”
Kauai Beach Villas has already seen notable changes over the past few months due to the energy and focus of our new management team.
SERVICE & RESORT UPGRADES
We have enhanced our staffing levels to better assist our Owners and Guests and have begun GPR’s signature service training to promote the GPR culture of BE EPIC service. We’re also looking forward to reviving our resort improvement projects. You’ll soon see new electronic door locks, entry doors, dishware and air conditioners. We also have some great new boogie boards and beach chairs available for you to enjoy.
What has been really great for our Owners and Guests have been the new activities we're now hosting. One of the most popular has been our Owners Coffee. It’s been a wonderful chance for me to sit down and chat with our Owners and Guests. If you haven’t been out to the resort recently, I look forward to meeting you soon! We are also introducing additional activities designed to create the opportunity for our Owners and Guests to get together and enjoy all that Kauai and the resort has to offer.

Let’s hear it for one of our BEST!
 A long-standing tradition at Grand Pacific Resorts is to honor our BE EPIC associates at our annual Best of the Best celebration, held just last month in Carlsbad, California. Grand Pacific recognizes the Associates from each resort who embody our BE EPIC values of Balance, Empowerment, Enthusiasm, Passion, Integrity and Consistency.
Our very own Brandon Kekoa Umalla was awarded with one of the highest honors at this year’s ceremony – he was recognized as Kauai Beach Villas BE EPIC Associate of the Year.
Kekoa is not only a dedicated and inspiring Manager to his associates and peers, but he is also a leader in Kauai’s community. He spends his time volunteering at Kauai Economic Opportunity once a month providing 20-30 warm meals for the shelter. He organizes, fundraises and even donates his own funds for this special event. Also, with his passion for serving the youth of Kauai, he is a volunteer coach for the Junior Olympic Girls Softball (ages 8-12) – three years running.
We are proud of you Kekoa – Well-deserved! Thank you for everything you do!
