Hello RiverPointe Napa Valley Owners!
This winter has kept the RiverPointe team very busy. Heavy rain in January led to a Flood Emergency Move-Off of all remaining cottages which caused the resort to be closed for over three weeks. The team at RiverPointe was successful in making this challenging situation be efficient and well-rehearsed, and the City of Napa was incredibly pleased and supportive of the process. On an even brighter note, the resort did not flood. The City’s recent Flood Project including the Flood Gates at McKinstry Street and the Oxbow Commons Bypass appear to have served their purpose! More significant rain fell in February, which prompted preparations for another evacuation, but in the end the resort remained intact. RiverPointe looks forward to the upcoming Annual Spring Move-On and is more prepared than ever!
Grand Pacific Resorts and RiverPointe recently celebrated the Best of the Best Associates. This year Rochelle Araga received this prestigious designation. Rochelle has been a Guest Service Agent at RiverPointe for over a year. During her time here, she has mastered all necessary skills, has helped to train and coach new Associates, and has consistently gone above and beyond for RiverPointe Owners and Guests. We look forward to watching Rochelle continue to grow in her role at the resort!
This Spring, RiverPointe will complete the installation of new appliances, sofas and lounge chairs, as well as attach new white lattice to the outside of each cottage. We look forward to your next visit and we are excited to show you the updates at the resort.
Warm Regards,
Nicole Beal
