Bikes, Books & Flicks 

It's been another beautiful summer here on Coronado and our new bikes - purchased earlier this year - are the perfect way to really enjoy our seaside haven. Everyone is enjoying them!
 
For a relaxing stay inside at the resort, we have a Book Library in our Owners' Lounge and a DVD Library behind the front desk. Next time you stay with us, bring some of your used books/DVDs that you're ready to part with and we'll add them to the collection. We will gladly accept donations!

Improving Our Look


We completed stucco repairs on the south end of the property last month after our Maintenance team noticed some chipping. They identified the root cause, repaired the damage and applied stucco to the exterior with minimal impact to our Owners.
 
We are also starting to repair and replace windows throughout the property, which will be an ongoing project throughout the remainder of the year.

25 Years of Gold Grown Status!



In June, Coronado Beach Resort was recognized by RCI for earning “Gold Crown” status for 25 consecutive years! This is a wonderful accomplishment for which the entire team is so proud!
 

The Celebration Continues

Owners-only savings and specials will continue through the year in honor of this milestone!
