Kauai Beach Villas recently had a very successful Annual Owners Meeting on June 1st. It was a pleasure to see some familiar faces in the crowd along with meeting owners for the first time.
We were very excited that this year’s Annual Owners Meeting had the highest turn out in years. We look forward to continuing this trend as Owners continue to get more engaged in their ownership at KBV.

Incumbents, Trish Harrington and Dani Ramos, along with Larry Warner, our newest Board member, were elected to the Board. We would like to give a big Mahalo to Karen Blackford for her 7 years of service as a KBV Board member and we hope to see Karen again soon enjoying her home away from home at KBV.
