 Coronado Beach Resort opened its doors in November 1992. As the first (and only) timeshare in Coronado, we’re proud of the Resort and grateful to all of our Owners and associates who have made the Resort so special.

Property Update
 The Resort continues to look beautiful! In preparation for the winter, the gutters have been cleared and repaired where needed. We also made some repairs to a few of the unit window frames, with more scheduled to be completed during Maintenance Weeks in December. Each year, all units are taken out of service so the team can complete deep cleanings perform preventive maintenance, and work on special projects. Since the Resort runs at such a high occupancy year-round, this is an important opportunity to ensure the quality of our rooms continues to stay at the high level our Owners expect and deserve.
