Resort Update
November 2017

Hello Owners,

The resort had a wonderful Halloween! The Lobby and Activities Room was fully decorated for arrivals and Halloween-themed arts and crafts were available all day including “Decorate your own mask,” which was the highlight. The “Boo” basket and treasure box was filled with goodies for all trick or treaters to enjoy.

Owners and Guests are encouraged to visit the resort’s selfie spot and take a picture during their vacation week. The hashtag #MyChannelIslands was created to promote the resort showcasing Owners and Guests having fun.

We look forward to your next visit with us! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

Warm regards,

General Manager

Improving Our Look

The resort’s rose bushes are doing well this year and landscaping throughout the property is flourishing. We have received many positive comments from Owners and Guests regarding the new succulents and borders recently added by the Front Office. These small improvements continue to enhance our beautiful resort grounds and we hope you enjoy them as much as we are!

Reserve Projects are underway!
Since the termite treatment project began in early January, two units received heat treatments for termite control, which leaves no chemical residue and is the environmentally conscious choice. The ability for heat to penetrate inside of wood to kill dry wood termites makes the heat treatment process an effective non-chemical tool for eradication. Wood replacement and repainting throughout the property is in progress and will be completed by the end of the year.

New Face at CIS

There is a new face at the Front Desk! We are proud to announce that Tiffany Molina recently joined the Front Office team. Tiffany has six years of office experience and is excited to branch out into the hospitality industry.

She enjoys being a mom and spends her free time going on adventures with her 6-year old son Vincent.  Tiffany plans to pursue her career in hospitality and is thrilled to be part of the Grand Pacific family.
