Hello Villa L'Auberge Owners!
 Thank you for the Warm Welcome!
Please allow me to introduce myself…I am Felix Madrigal, the new General Manager at the beautiful Villa L’Auberge Resort. I am very excited to be here and be allowed to work with you. By way of background, I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry; most recently with DoubleTree by Hilton and before that with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. I currently reside in Chula Vista with my wife Reyna; we have two kids Marla who is 17 years old and Emilio who is 14. San Diego is home for me and my family, this is where I went to school, from Middle school to College. I attended San Diego State University and earned a Teaching Degree in Social Science, and enjoy personal interactions. I am truly excited about our resort and looking forward to a synergistic relationship.
 The Breeders Cup Comes to Del Mar!
The Breeders' Cup World Championship was held in Del Mar for the first time on November 3-4. The Breeders cup has been held every year since 1984 and this gives the top breeders in the world for a place in history. This was a very exciting time for our City and of Course Del Mar rose to the occasion, highlighted was its beauty and hospitality. Everyone is excited to have hosted the Cup and everyone knows that it will not be the last as the City came together and hosted a wonderful event by creating long lasting memories, until the next time…
 Maintenance Week
The resort is gearing up for the upcoming Maintenance week. The team will be working diligently in the units to ensure they are perfect for our Owners and Guests. Our goal is to make sure that all items and equipment are properly maintained to ensure a long working life, through in depth preventive maintenance
