Hello Indian Palms Vacation Club Owners,
Happy holidays everyone! We’re gearing up for a busy holiday season and if you’re staying with us this year, we have lots of great activities planned:
 When checking in, the warmth of fresh-baked cookies will entice your senses- Sit down with us Monday mornings for Pajamas and Pancakes
- Join Nolan for cookies and hot chocolate, snow cones or root beer floats later in the week
- Play our Christmas Riddles game on the activity patio for a chance to win a great prize
Condo Upgrades
We’re currently updating the bedding in the master bedrooms and in the second, twin bedrooms. The master bedrooms will have a blue bed skirt and bed scarf, and the twin bedrooms will have a white duvet, blue bed skirt and bolster pillow. The idea is to give the condos a brighter feel.
Also, earlier this year we added laundry baskets to each condo and now we’re adding laundry bags as well for your convenience.
New Faces
Jose Marcial joined the Front Office team in September. He’ll be there to greet you after hours if you’re arriving late.
Christina Jackson and Tina Villarreal joined the Housekeeping staff in November. Tina works to keep the pools, activity area and grounds in exemplary condition. Christina assists in laundry and housekeeping, and looks forward to meeting each of you at the welcome breakfast.
  
Fur Babies
If you are bringing your family fur baby with you, please let us know in advance. All of our pet rooms are now in a dedicated building and with only six units available, they will go fast.
Going Green
As part of our continuing commitment to our Go Green efforts, we have eliminated the paper activity calendar given out upon arrival. Not to worry, though – a master calendar is located at the front desk and all activities will be sent out via Zingle, our texting app. By doing this, we’re saving, on average, 19 reams of paper annually.
