We've been sprucing up your home away from home!
In
January (during our maintenance weeks) we installed beautiful luxury
vinyl tyling in 16 units and replaced carpeting in 6 units. They look
fantastic!
In 2018 and 2019 we will also be replacing livingroom sofas, chairs, coffee tables and area rugs.
Want to see the new look? We have a model unit available for viewing on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Congratulations to Bertha Rojas, our Housekeeping Supervisor and BE EPIC Champion of the Year!
She was recognized at Grand Pacific Resorts' annual
Best of the Best gala,
held February 22 in Carlsbad, California. The photo below shows her
accepting her award with Nigel Lobo (left), Chief Operating Officer for
Grand Pacific Resorts, and David Brown (right), Co-President of Grand
Pacific Resorts.
The
award was well deserved for Bertha, who works tirelessly to ensure unit
cleanliness exceeds expectations. Her strong work ethic is reflected in
the excellent combined service scores for the department.
30 Years in San Clemente
We're celebrating our 30th anniversary this year!
The doors at San Clemente Cove first opened for use in 1988 (the resort was built in 1987).
Our Owners and Guests (like the Waltons and Burchetts pictured below) - have been making memories ever since.
