What's New at Seapointe
The Annual Owner’s Meeting, held on March 3, was a great success!
Linda Ruane, Bob Shipley and Nigel Lobo were re-elected to the Board of Directors and management gave a presentation that included Departmental Updates, Financials, Service Scores, and an overview of recent resort improvements. Grand Pacific Resort Services also presented an update on your Owner Benefits.
After the meeting, there was a Celebration Fiesta with a Mariachi Band, a great catered Mexican lunch from Garcia’s, and, of course, the opportunity for Owners to spend time with each other. If you missed this year's meeting, we hope to see you next year!
And The Winner Is...
Seapointe’s very own Jeff Brock! It is with great pleasure that we announce General Manager Jeff Brock as the most recent recipient of the 2018 Customer Engagement Professional Resort Trades Award
This award recognizes Resort Managers who exemplify outstanding customer engagement within the hospitality industry.
The competition in this category was fierce with many outstanding nominees who consistently exceed the expectations of their Guests and Associates.

Seapointe is also proud to announce our 2018 Be Epic Champion - Sara Cruz!
Sara is one of the resort’s most highly tenured Room Attendants. For over 13 years, she has not only excelled at her job, but been considered by her peers to be a leader in Housekeeping.
Sara does it all at Seapointe - she cleans rooms, works the public areas (keeping our BBQ areas spotless), and even covers laundry shifts.
