What's New at Your Resort
Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have been working diligently during our annual scheduled maintenance weeks.
Two to three units are set aside each week from January to March so the team can provide a deeper cleaning and address any maintenance items.
This year's projects include:
- Re-caulking all of the bathrooms
- Touch-up painting
- Painting outdoor wood surfaces
- Replacing batteries in smoke and carbon dioxide alarms
- Replacing all lights with LED bulbs
The next time you stay with us, you also might notice a new CubieBlue alarm clock on the nightstand. You'll be able to connect to it via Bluetooth and listen to music, plug in your USB devices and, of course, set an alarm.
From Our Associates
Earlier this year, Grand Pacific Resorts celebrated the rollout of 2018 milestones with our team.
We're excited to focus on the milestones of
People, Service and Success in 2018 to make your vacations here at Channel Island Shores memorable ones.
Your Channel Island Shores team at a recent 'Celebration of the Stars' luncheon to celebrate successes and look forward to this year's goals.
We're also committed to putting safety first. In January, the team attended a CPR and First Aid class where they received a two-year CPR certification.
An AHA-trained Cintas representative taught the team to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS personnel arrive.
The course also provided instruction on how to perform CPR and effectively use an AED. The First Aid, CPR, and AED training gave our team a comprehensive and engaging opportunity to learn critical information to help save a life.
As always, thank you for your vacation ownership, and for being a part of the Channel Island Shores family. We look forward to your next visit with us!
Warm Regards,
Jennifer Brown
