What's New at Grand Pacific Palisades

It's springtime and the Flower Fields are in bloom
The resort is surrounded by acres of brilliant, vibrant color right now and we're loving it! Springtime is the best time.

Go Team Palisades!
In February, we held a launch party to kick off this year's milestones of People, Service and Success and focus on the goals that will keep us strong in 2018.

The theme was 'Eye of the Tiger' because, just like tigers, the Palisades team is fired up and ready to make this the best year yet!

We're committed to you, our Owners, and every single guest who walks in our doors. Our high service scores, where Owners and guests share feedback (like "would you recommend us") and rate us, are reflecting that. The team is focused and ready to keep the momentum going.



Our renovations are moving along nicely
We are happy to announce that Phase 2 of the condo renovations is complete. We now have 31 units with new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring throughout. 



The Activities Center is getting a makeover as well. We're about to get the remodel underway and should have it completed by summertime.

Congratulations are in order
Look who was honored as a BE EPIC Champion of the Year for 2017 - our very own Oliva "Oli" Javier, seen here with Grand Pacific Resorts Co-President David Brown (left) and Chief Operating Officer Nigel Lobo (right), at this year's Best of the Best gala.



Oli is our Revenue Auditor (in charge of all the daily accounting for the resort) and has been with Grand Pacific Palisades for over 10 years. She started at the Front Desk and has also held positions in Activities and Housekeeping. She was also the resort's Culture Champion in 2017. We're proud to have Oli on the team!
