What's New at Indian Palms

Our front office exterior received a makeover! We now have new screen doors, a fresh coat of paint, and the trim on the window screens are painted with a glossy, black finish to make the exterior stand out.



Your Board of Directors approved a model unit at the Annual Meeting, held in March. The unit, when completed, will be open for tours and we'll be asking Owners to give us feedback via a survey. The unit will include a new paint scheme throughout, and new furnishings:

• TV stand
• Coffee and end tables
• Dining table with chairs
• Bar stools in the Villas
• Headboards on all beds
• Dressers with night stands
• Lamps (livingroom and bedrooms)
• Decorative pillows on the sofas

We're excited for the new look, and to see what you think!

Room Attendant Silvia Diaz, our BE EPIC Champion of the first quarter, is celebrating 19 years of service!
