What's New at Your Resort
Summer season has arrived at Coronado Beach Resort! If you are staying with us soon, we hope you will join us for one of our Happy Hours or Ice Cream Socials (a couple of our Owner favorites).
We also have brand new beach wagons, boogie boards, umbrellas and toys for you to take out on the sand. After all, one of the perks of being an Owner here in Coronado is being steps from one of the best beaches in America.
Projects and Maintenance
We have been busy sprucing up your home away from home. Preventative maintenance in unoccupied rooms, maintenance on the roof and deep cleanings have been completed.
The ADA compliance upgrade and improvement project is postponed until after the busy summer months. At that time, we also plan to begin improvements to work spaces for our Associates at the 'heart' of the resort - our Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance teams.

We also wanted to let you know that in keeping with our Going Green efforts, all garage lights were replaced with LED lighting and we added beautiful solar landscape lighting around the property.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our newest family member, Francisco Clavel, the next time you are here.
Francisco is our new Maintenance Manager following Carlos Carranza's retirement in March.
He brings a 'can-do' attitude to Coronado Beach Resort and is extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, he is excited to meet each of you!
