We are committed to ensuring your home away from home remains beautiful and inviting - the perfect place for you to make memories with your loved ones, find relaxation and rejuvenate.
While we always maintain the facilities to the highest standards, the coastal environment does pose a challenge at times. As a result, three balconies required some recent special attention due to wood rot damage.
The work area was fenced off to ensure everyone's safety and the Front Desk worked with Owners and guests to minimize any impact the construction might have had during their stays.

Our maintenance team works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly at Seapointe, and that each of you are comfortable when you stay here.
We certainly have one of the best maintenance teams we could ask for and we are happy to announce three promotions in the department:
- Aric Luis - Director of Facilities
- Irwin Madriaga - Maintenance Manager
- Donald Cabarle - Maintenance Supervisor

In Support of Christel House
A warm thank you to those who joined us on May 30 for the Christel House Putt-Putt for Charity event at the Dolphin Golfin' putting green. We truly appreciate your support and donations.
It was a terrific day - the weather could not have been better and we loved seeing the families who joined us having a lot of fun together.
Our Associates had a great time as well and we are already hoping to partner with Christel House again soon.
