Reserve Dollars at Work

As this issue goes to print, new outdoor furniture is arriving - replacing all chaise lounges, tables, chairs, umbrellas and side tables for the Courtyard, Pool and Adult Jacuzzi areas.

The Courtyard furniture will be made with a thicker, more durable wicker. In response to Owner requests, we will add an additional table and chairs to the courtyard and the chaise lounges will be slightly taller to make it more comfortable when it comes time to get out of the chair! The new courtyard cushions and umbrellas are a vibrant coral, with yellow and brown accent colors. The colors really pop and will brighten up the outdoor areas.

Annual Meeting 2017

The Carlsbad Inn Home Owners Association Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2017 starting at 10am with the Owner Expo and BBQ to follow. We are looking at a new option to bring the meeting back closer to the resort and provide us with more space to accommodate the large attendance we have seen over the last few years.

Around the Resort

In December of 2015, Carlsbad Inn participated in a program through SDG&E, the local utility company, which provided retrofitting of LED lights in the condo units and the exterior of the resort. The program allowed us to replace CFL and standard light bulbs with the highly efficient and cost effective LED light bulbs at no cost through a rebate program.
