A new and exciting departure from the past is the addition of daybeds to The Pointe. The pool areas will include comfortable height Tropitone chaise lounges. We look forward to your feedback on these new upgrades and additions!

A few upcoming projects are in the planning stage with some wonderful updates to the interior of the condos. Remodel of the kitchens in the Oak Building condos is scheduled for early 2017, to include new cabinets, counter tops, and flooring.

The Oak condos will also receive new sofas, chairs and lamps. In case you are wondering, our plans still include a recliner in the living rooms! We expect this project to be complete prior to summer 2017.

The Elm Building will receive new carpet in all units in 2017. Kitchen remodels and furniture/fixture replacements to match the Oak condos is scheduled for 2018.
