As Owners, your reserve funds continue to improve the Carlsbad Seapointe Resort in many ways. Extensive renovation projects have been completed this year and many more are planned in the near future.

The largest and most exciting project is the renovation of all 95 of our Guest Rooms and the Lobby.

The Guest Rooms are receiving new kitchens and bathrooms, new case good furnishings and bedding. The Kitchens are being remodeled with stainless steel appliances, sinks and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry and countertops. All of the units’ bathrooms are being renovated to include new flooring, bathtubs and showers, vanities, backlit mirrors and fixtures.
