Reserve Dollars at Work (continued)

Many Owners have asked, “What do you do with the furniture and appliances you have replaced during the renovation?”

We make these items available for purchase for Owners at very reasonable prices. We will be conducting a Sale at the resort on Saturday January 28th, from 10am to 3pm. Owners will be able to purchase appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens and ovens. Furniture such as night stands, dining room tables and chairs, bar stools, coffee tables and entertainment hutches will be available as well as televisions for purchase. Terms of the sale are cash and carry, some quantities are limited, and no dealers please.

Final planning is also underway for the complete remodel of the lobby which will include a new check-in desk, new ceiling, flooring, lighting and furnishings. Construction is expected to begin late winter 2017.

Other projects over the next several months will include repairs to building exterior weather damage, replacement of the unit water heaters, installation of two common area ice machines, and upgrades to the resort’s WIFI system.
