October 11, 2016 Board of Directors’ Meeting

President David Brown called the meeting to order at 9:01am PDT. Board members in attendance were David Brown, Robert Shipley, Linda Ruane and Tim Stripe. Management was also represented.

• The Board approved the minutes of the July 7, 2016 Board of Directors’ Meeting as amended.
• The Board received updates relating to resort operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Landscaping, Safety, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Inventory and Default Analysis, Reserves, Fiscal performance and Delinquency.
• The Board approved the 2017 Operating Budget with a 7% increase to the operating contribution and a 4% increase to the reserve contribution, for a total increase of 6.3% to assessments.
• The Board reviewed the proposed reserve expenditures for 2017, and tabled approval until the January 12, 2017 Board of Directors’ Meeting.
