Reserve Dollars at Work

Our Team is hard at work keeping the resort looking its best.

The renovation of the next three villas in Paradise Point is scheduled to be completed by the end of December. Each unit will be repainted, the millwork refinished and the flooring replaced.

We have moved away from carpet, and are replacing the flooring with LVT (luxury vinyl tile), which is also being used in the new villas.

Construction Update

MarBrisa continues to grow and with that our construction crew is back working on Villa 61.
