Enter “Zingle!”, the newly installed texting communication platform that allows you to submit requests and communicate with someone from anywhere you are, on or off of property, using the power of text.

Upon check-in, you will be given a number to send a text, which registers you in the system or our team can do it for you. Once you are registered, you can communicate freely with the operator to submit requests and even check-out without ever having to go to the Front Desk.

Since its inception in July of 2016, 2,000 Owners/guests have used Zingle to communicate their needs. The resort has received over 7,000 requests, allowing associates to react faster than ever by way of the integrated radio communication system used throughout the resort. If you haven’t tried Zingle yet, be sure to speak to a Front Desk Agent upon your next arrival and let Zingle work the magic for you!
