I am amazed how quickly the crews are moving to build our next villa in time for summer of 2017. The second and third floor wall panels are erected and brace frames for the third and fourth floor are in place. The fourth floor wall panels have begun, and the non-bearing wall framing is complete on the second floor. The flooring for the exterior walkways on the second and third floors is sheathed, the second floor balcony railings have been installed and the stairs from the first to the second floor have been completed.

What does all this mean? We are well on our way to adding our second four-story villa at MarBrisa. The luxury vinyl tile (LVT) was such a success in Villa 60 that we will continue to use it in our new villas and replace the carpet in the other villas when it is time to do so.
