On September 2nd, the Board was contacted by Nick Woravka of Wave Crest Holdings (WCH) requesting a special Owner meeting to recall the entire Board per the Wave Crest by-laws. Since WCH owns more than the requisite 5% of the voting memberships, the Board is legally obligated to place this matter before the membership for consideration and vote. In order to minimize costs, this recall has been scheduled for the upcoming Annual Meeting on November 5th along with the already-scheduled election of two directors to our board.

Owner feedback about the need to refurbish the units was heard loud and clear the last few years and the Board made it very clear to Grand Pacific Resorts that they were expected to develop a well thought out refurbishment and property maintenance plan upon arrival.
